We’re excited to share that Hexus is joining Harvey AI. As part of this transition, Hexus services will continue to be provided until April 20, 2026, after which we will be shutting down the services. We want to ensure a smooth transition for all our customers. Below are the key changes and answers to frequently asked questions.

Key Changes

  1. Hexus is no longer taking new sign-ups - New account registrations have been disabled.
  2. Existing customers can continue to use Hexus, free of charge - All existing customers can continue using Hexus on their current plans at no cost until April 20, 2026.
  3. All charges have been paused - Your account and credit cards will not be charged for services. We will continue to honor your Hexus subscription and features free of charge until April 20, 2026 or the date of cancellation, whichever is earlier.
  4. Data Handling
    • All customer data will be retained until April 20, 2026
    • Data export tools will remain fully available through this date
    • After April 20, 2026, all customer data will be permanently deleted.
    • We recommend exporting your data and migrating well in advance of the shutdown date
  5. Service Availability While we will make best efforts to maintain full service functionality through April 20, 2026, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service during this transition period.

Frequently Asked Questions

You can continue to use Hexus with all current features available on your plan until April 20, 2026. All your existing content will remain accessible and functional during this period.
If you have embedded Hexus flows, videos, and showcases on your site or help pages, they will be available as usual for end customers until April 2026. All embedded content will continue to function normally during this transition period. However, we strongly recommend migrating your embedded content to an alternative platform as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your end users. Please plan to remove or replace all Hexus embeds before the shutdown date to ensure a seamless experience for your customers. Storylane is providing migration support, and we will be sharing detailed instructions and resources shortly to help make the transition as easy as possible.
We have paused all charges, so your account and credit cards will not be charged for services. We will continue to honor your Hexus subscription and features free of charge until April 20, 2026 or the date of cancellation, whichever is earlier. If you previously paid for an annual subscription that extends beyond April 20, 2026, please contact us at [email protected] and we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription after the shutdown date.
You can migrate your Hexus flows out of our service to another product demo/video platform of your choice. We recommend checking out Storylane or Arcade as alternative platforms. Please ensure you export and migrate your data before April 20, 2026.
