# How to Add AI Avatars to Your Videos on Hexus

Want to make your videos more engaging and interactive? With Hexus' new AI Avatar feature, you can add a virtual presenter to your content, making it more dynamic and professional. Whether you’re creating tutorials, presentations, or marketing videos, AI Avatars help bring your message to life!

### **How to Add an AI Avatar to Your Video**

Adding an AI Avatar is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Open Hexus and choose the video you want to edit.
2. Click the 'Edit' button to enter the editing mode.
3. On the right panel, select the **"Speech & Video"** option.
4. Click on **'AI Avatar'** to explore the available avatars.
5. Pick an avatar from the wide selection to match your style.
6. Click **'Generate Preview'** to see how your avatar looks in the video.
7. Want to tweak the look? You can adjust the avatar’s **position** and **shape** to fit your video perfectly.
8. Fine-tune your settings until everything looks just right.
9. When you're happy with it, click **'Play'** to finalize your video.

That’s it! Your AI Avatar is now part of your video, making it more engaging and visually appealing. Try out different avatars and settings to see what works best for you!

  <Accordion title="I generated AI avatar previews, why do I see only an image and not a video ?">
    You may generate AI avatar previews as many times as possible to see how an avatar may appear and sound. The final avatar animations are rendered after you **publish** the flow. We’ll notify you in app and on email as soon as your Hexus flow is ready with final renderings of animated AI avatars.

  <Accordion title="How do I change the AI avatars on my flows?">
    This is a simple 3 step process:

    1. Select the step you want to change the AI avatar on and click on **Remove media** to remove the existing avatar on your final video.
    2. Make any edits, changes you want to make to the speech, select your new avatar and **Generate Preview**.
    3. Once you’re satisfied with the new Avatar preview, simply publish the flow again.

    We provide generous AI credits on all our paid plans. On publishing a flow with AI avatar videos, we’ll show you a confirmation dialogue describing how many AI credits it will consume to render the final AI avatars. You can always add more AI credits, based on your account balance and consumption.
